Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing by sending an email to the reservations email address: [email protected].
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour date will be refunded 100%.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours but up to 24 hours before the tour will be refunded 50%.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
No-shows will incur a 100% penalty of the reservation amount.
When the cancellation is due to reasons categorized as “force majeure,” it will be evaluated by the Commercial Management team, who will issue a recommendation for the General Management to approve the refund.
The park reserves the right to cancel the tour due to weather conditions, electrical storms, or phenomena that pose a risk to the safety of clients or staff.
